Claire Peterlin

Claire is a Servant Leader, Network Builder, Change Agent and Engineer passionate about education, industry, workforce, and economic development collaborations to build vibrant and healthy communities. In her roles, she has focused on leading collaboration, and facilitating learning, reflection, and adaptation based on data and context.

 

Her partnerships are based on building resilient and effective teams, cultivating trust, coaching and inspiring others to engage deeply and experiment often, defining measurable objectives and the practices and processes to reach objectives, and supporting all working towards a shared vision.  She is a graduate of University of Minnesota, Duluth - Master of Engineering and is currently completing her MBA - Leadership and Change from The College of St. Scholastica.
