Disadvantaged Business Enterprise

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE) is a legislatively mandated USDOT program that applies to Federal-aid highway dollars expended on federally-assisted contracts issued by USDOT recipients such as State Transportation Agencies (STAs).  The PLUM Catalyst is certified in Minnesota by the City of Minneapolis (MnUCP Minnesota Unified Certification Program), in Texas with TxDOT (TUCP Texas Unified Certification Program) and in California by Caltrans (CUCP California Unified Certification Program).  The PLUM Catalyst is also Minnesota TBG (Targeted Business Group) certified.

Scrum Product Owner

Certified by the Scrum Alliance, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) creates the product vision, orders the Product Backlog, and makes sure the best possible job is done to delight the customer.  The PLUM Catalyst is certified and experienced in Scrum methodologies for multiple technology and strategy agile scrum teams

Minnesota Targeted Group Business

To be certified as a Targeted Group small business, the business must be at least 51% owned by a woman, racial minority, or person with a substantial physical disability. In addition, the business must be operated and controlled on a day-to-day as well as long-term basis by the qualifying owner. In other words, ownership is not enough; operational control is also required. The PLUM Catalyst is MnTGB certified

CERT

The Central Certification (CERT) Program is a small business certification program recognized by Hennepin CountyRamsey County, the City of Minneapolis and the City of Saint Paul. The CERT Program certifies small businesses, including small Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and small Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE).
