Peterson

Trisha comes to the PLUM team as our Community Catalyst. As a native of Minnesota, graduating from Deer River and living right in Grand Rapids, she brings a wide variety of outreach, education, and engagement experience that will foster her natural ability to connect with surrounding communities in the region. 

 

Trisha spent 3 years in the United States Air Force as a Unit Leader and has held many leadership roles in her community. She was Fitness Specialist at Majestic Pines, Aquatics Director at the Itasca County YMCA, and most recently, Camp Director at Camp Hiawatha in Deer River. She has also spent time as a Paraprofessional in the 318 school district that led her to doing teaching and training events at MDI with the Quest program. Trisha has a personal passion and connection to providing accessible transportation solutions in the community working with Mobility Mania since its inception, making her a great fit to help bring goMARTI to those who need it most, as well as providing youth engagement experience for PLUM Mobility Labs. 

 

In this new role for our company, Trisha will amplify our mission through her connections and knowledge of the community needs in a more tangible way as a local contact for the people we strive to help through transportation and innovation!
